publish a cv at an address of your own, write a fit-check quiz that says what you actually want from a role, and let people reach you with a link rather than a stranger's account.

a cv at an address of your own, a fit-check quiz you write yourself, and a calendar people can book.

hand out a link and whoever holds it can read it, take the fit-check quiz, book time, or ask to be put in touch - no account needed on their side.
